MIXX is legal and promotes the legitimate sale of music online.

MIXX does not facilitate the transfer of files from user to user. Music streams are shared only with your friends, who cannot download the songs onto their hard drives. If your friends like the songs that they are hearing, then they can purchase them at an online music store.

We know that your favourite songs have their place outside of Facebook. (A road trip Mixx belongs in your car – not on your computer.)
